Xinapse continues its service to the Filipino people with the new and improved NAMFREL Canvassing System. Since it was last donated in the year 2004, the canvassing system has had many enhancements that take full advantage of the technology of the most recent times.

The National Bureau of Investigation, represented by its National Capital Region (NCR) Regional Director Atty. Edmundo Arugay, signed a 5 Million Peso software donation with Xinapse Inc. last Dec 7, 2004 with Xinapse, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Jade Deinla, Chief Technical Officer Kinchan Cepillo and Business Development Directore Rodney Pacis as co-signatories.

After the oh-so familiar long queue at the precinct, to the casting of the votes, we shall depart from the voting precincts having two major concerns.
